　　It thinks that HOMO-SAPIENS was born from the subspecies of ERECTUS remained in Africa. It presumes that ERECTUS moved ahead, spending a quite long time, since 200,000 years more before to 100,000 years before. SAPIENS and ERECTUS lived at the same time and region as long as few 10000 years. But there were no encounter each other almostry. So the extinction of ERECTUS may not is because of struggle. The advantages and disadvantages were brought from the defference of the hunt technology. This difference of technology produce existence probability ( № 486「Technology Evolution／技術進化論」 ). Then, SAPIENS headed north from Africa around the 60,000 years ago (not certain). They spread through the long time to all over the world and alternated with an early human race group such as indigenous NEANDERTHAL man and ERECHTUS. Then, because of the superiority of SAPIENS to live, they were replaced slowly. SAPIENS became only one species as mankind in the world. It is the about 10,000 years before, because the temperature of the earth became stable miraculously, they began the farming, settling in each places.

　　However, this thing increased a population rapidly and produced a fight between the same human ( №018「Principle of Struggle／動物とヒトの闘争の違い(闘争原理)」・№602「Population Explosion／人口爆発」 ). Spoiling of a food under fitht was a main purpose but woman spoiling, too. This was a struggle for existence as a creature. This was an instinctive act to prevent an inbreeding and was the natural instinctive act. I think that it is possible to say that the food storage brought this competition and fight if seeing consequently. Because such a fight isn't seen in the times of a hunting and gathering society ( № 790 「 Food ／食糧」 ). For example in Japan,The traces of a fight aren't seen in the Jomon period ( 14,000 B.C. - 10th B.C. century ), and a fight begun at the Yayoi period ( around 10 B.C. century - around 3rd A.D. generation). At that Yayoi period the farming began. The huge architecture,moated colony and kingship appeared ( in the tumulus period: around the end of the middle of 3rd century - 7th century ).

 

　　Person ( SAPIENS ) settled in each place by the farming and didn't moved for a hunting and gathering. As a result, the evolution of a race is promoted for tens of thousands of years in each place ( № 322 「 Evolutionary theory／進化論 」 ). Mankind keeps maintaining a spieces as a creature, it evolved to defferent races that suited that place by the adaptation. As a result, human races bone at each places in the world as black, yellow,white. That difference like the form is clear even at today. The culture became peculiar to that place. And the commerce and war exchange blood among the peoples but that characteristic was maintained for a long time. Religion was born from ancient age, but big riligion was born in 3000 years ago and spreaded gradually. Hinduizm in 3000 years before, Buddhism in 2500 years before, Christianity in 2000 years before, Islam in 1400 years before. These religions was spreaded with invasion and war. That created a new peculiar culture and settled ethnicity at that pleces ( №442「Discussion of Religion／宗教論」・№ 443 「 Culturology／文化論」 ).
　　It is clear that the difference of this race・religion・culture forms the one end of the problem today. Because the power of a state emphasizes that difference, it brings a war and confusion. However, a human being succeeded in riding over a racial difference to a certain degree by an ideology ( democracy・pacifism・ equalitarianism ) ( № 066「 Erasure of an discussion by an ideology ／イデオロギーによる議論の抹殺」 ). The person who emphasizes the difference like a race is thought of as a considerable lowbrow or person who have a savage mind today. As much as there is the religion, too, it showed the tolerance mutually between peoples. However, religious fight by Islam extremist amplify the religious intoleranceness.
　　A cultural difference doesn't bring so big confusion but because an emigrant and refugee increased rapidly, each European country is suffering from the different culture stress. In the country which a huge refugee occurs to in Asia, too, it is the problem of state ( № 535 「Emigrant and refugee／移民と難民」 ).

　　There is the picture that symbolizes these phenomena. They are many sheets of pictures that drew the huge tower " Tower of Babel " that appears in Old Testament Genesis. There is the one work of " Linguistic Confusion " by Gustave DORE in those pictures ( № 513 「 Linguistic ( word ) evolution and degradation ／言語（言葉）の進化と劣化」). This is based on the myth that begins with the description of " All places were using the same language as the same word... " that is in chapter 11 of the Genesis. When the human being who was arrogant tries to build the tower that reaches the heaven where God is in, God added the punishment angrily, saying " Let's disturb their word as they can't understand companion's word each other any more ". I compared " the same language " to " the same culture ", compared " intolerance " to the thing of " it isn't possible to understand companion's word each other ", and tried to understand it. Now, such status has spread to the end of the world indeed. At the ancient times, peoples had cooperative relationship and lived under the common consciousness. But after that, the consciousness of robbing came to work after the farming begins. And the conflict occurred at every places( № 787 「Spoiling and plunder／略奪と収奪 」).

　　A present-day state system is cut off to a democracy state・dictatorial socialism state・autarchic state・religious state. ( № 350「The theory of the State／国家論 」). It's reason is according to the State Sovereignty that primarily bring freedom to each nation. But collision of stake cause division and opposition. These phenomena are the moves completely opposite to the idea that an original thought and religion seeks. We need to understand cear why they came to such a thing. However, media and states leader, they do not turn their eyes to an essential thing such as a thinker and philosopher. They are saying and sinking only about  the immediate benefit and result. That is reality.

　　It seems true that a thought and philosophy had stopped the improvement and evolution ( № 022「Human thought and philosophy／人間の思想と哲学」). Some thinker・writer・scientist and others had declared the world unification after the World War II as an idea ( № 514 「Possibility of the World Federation／世界連邦の可能性」 ). However, it is so idealistic and have no idea to actualize. This idea is helpless to attain one world, so nobody expect it.

　　 It passed 70 years over after the World War, almost of countries do'nt think about the environment of human. A while ago, a yaung women of Sweden shouted with angry in the meeting of the United Nations. It is very natural action, and we know there is a person who has a courage to protest present condition. Thought and philosophy after the War are hided behind the development of technology and expansion of economy, and loose it's power. I don't know any other progress of Thought and Philosophy, because I'm not a specialist.

　　It was the most hopefull event after the War that unification of EU is realized. At that time, I had a hope if it might definite my hypothesis, because I am thinking that organization of human will expand and unificate to more large system. But this hope is broken soon, because EU do'nt get hold of each country's sovereignty and rights for determination of public finance. This means that disagreement will appear in the future when EU fall into suffering because of each country's native profit. And that situation lead EU to collapse. At this present time, we are seeing that this become true.

　　However, I still not throw out my opinion. It is a principle of nature world that fuculty-dispersion and unification of whole parts is proceeded in self-organization. That principle apear in various phenomina. The Human World will be destroyed once, but will remain. And again, it will move to unification. I regret to say, in this days The World is on the process of breaking down. It appears as a World War Ⅲ. Nobody can stop this current.

 

　　Science experiment is done on the bese of severe condition definited in advance with a estimate expected. The result will be almost satisfactory, but somtimes disappointment (№596「Discussion of Science／科学論」). We can't see that the world make a effort to assemble stable condition in politics・economics・culture in the complex system (№150「Caos／複雑系」). If they want to make stable condition of the earth or world, it might be necessary to bind countries to one union and to realize economy to Zero-Growth. But it is impossible in actuality. Because of the competition-relationship and sovereignty that each country has, whether all of countries and peoples wish to stop the destruction of environment, government never decide Zero-Grouwth policy (№436「Competition Principle／競争原理」・№552「Disccution of sovereignty／主権論」). 2019 is a year that the Environment Sammit was opened by UN. However, UN accept a concept of "Continuable development" even now. It's a crazy and stupid thinking. In a point of scientific view, environment of the Earth is in a irreversible process already that is impossible to recover. Every effort by mankind will come to fruitless. But scientists and politicians behind this fact and make appearances as performance. Nobody insist that development is evil thing, because those insistence means the end of life for scientists and politicians.

　　Mankind is trying a experiment of recovery of the Earth. But that condition contain economic developement, so this experiment will fail. We can know the result before trial. We will see a cataclysmic change・great extinction・bigining of war・destruction of world economy and hunger attacked after war (№904「Extinction of animal and mankind／動物と人類の大絶滅」). One young lady named Greta Thunberg explained anger to that adult discussion. She has simple sensitivity and she can't understand their deception. She may be has not enough knowledge as specialist has, but she has a special intuition and superior expression. She might learn from the report of IPCC, but reality is more serious than she thinks.

　　In the same way, mankind experiment to realize the peace in the world as a dream (№514「Possibility of World Federation／世界連邦の可能性」・№718「Discussion of Peace／平和論」). However it is impossible becouse of sovereignty of nations, as wrote above.

 

　　There were forefathers who thought that resignation of sovereignty is only one solution (№552「Disccution of sovereignty／主権論). The book『Dissection of Peace』written by Emery Lievs was published in America at the end of the War. This book was published in 25 countries with 20 languages and brought epochal function to spread the Thought of World Federation world widely that started after the War. In this book, auther pointed out the law concerning about the bigining and end of war as experiential law.  She showed the reason of the bigining and end of war, but not showed about a process・method in detail.

　　Scientists detonated by this book had appealed to the public about peace. In October,1946 at Luxemburg, they raised 'the World Movement for the World Federation Government ' leaded by Coudenhove-Kalergi who is Austrian noble. Scientists and others who agreeded upon this declaration are for example, Bertrand Russell, Albert Einstein, Albert Schweitzer,  Winston Churchill, Hideki Yukawa and so on. The second rule of this movement have a sentence as that " Each country must delegate a part of soverignty to the Government of the World Federation (GWF) ". This understanding is similar to mine, but it is imoprtant that a defference betiween "a part" and "all". I suggest that all of soverignty might be delegated to GWF. Because of the defference, this movement only showed a doctrine but not had a specitic process・method・contents. This organization has many branches in the world, but there are no progress in discussion. Furthermore, this movement is besed on the thought of " the Freedom and People's Rights Movement ", so that is one of Ideologie (Fixed consept).

　　I deny this thought based on that ideologie, and advocate a new thought called " NOM " which is quite defferent from other thoughts existed until now (№190 「NOM Thought／ノム思想」). I needed so many thinking and self-descussion about all of phenomena to reach this conclusion. And now I cope with 999 themes about ①Consideration to human instinct that cause human struggle, ②Searching a best social structure able to control and inhibit human instinct, ③How to make process to form World Federation. These work's aim is to form one systematic theory.

 

　　At the end of this section, I foretell the "Big crisis of Human being" will come true in around 2020. It's basis of my thinking will be showed in the following sections.
